Pippip is the sound you hear when a whistle is blown. A whistle is blown to mark the beginning. That of something new or a new beginning of something that already exists. We as content creators believe we can help you with every new beginning. By telling your story in the simplest, nicest and most effective way which helps your brand reach its desired destination.

Pippip Media was started by childhood friends, each specialising in a distinct area of interest – Content, Marketing & Research and Business Management. A company that is built on efficiency, happiness and honesty.

Joy Bhattacharyya

Partner– Chief Business Officer
An IIM Ahmedabad Graduate with over 17 years of comprehensive experience in the Entertainment Industry. He is known for his strategic business acumen, business insight, negotiation and persuasion skills. Joy was the Vice President at Endemol Shine India and has worked closely with international content houses like BBC World, Synergy Adlabs, MidiTech India, Channel News Asia Singapore amongst others.
Aritra

Aritra Mukherjee

Partner – Chief Creative Officer
16 years of experience in Advertising, Non-Fiction TV, News, Sports and Digital Content, Aritra started out in Ad Films, later joining Endemol Shine India where he worked as Editor-in-Chief of Bigg Boss and Director of Khatron Ke Khiladi for multiple seasons. Later joined Viacom18 as the AVP, Content Head, Non-Fiction and was instrumental in setting up VOOT. With a keen understanding of content, his strength lies in storytelling across formats.

Romil Ramgarhia

Partner – Head of Operations, Partnerships, Product & Finance
Leader with a track record of converting compelling business vision into operational success in a short period of time. 21 years of diverse post-qualification experience across Manufacturing, Telecom and Media with over a decade long experience in the vibrant Indian Media & Entertainment sector.
Romil is versatile, can wear multiple hats and solve seemingly impossible problems with relative ease. He was a founding team member of two iconic brands in India, “Colors” TV channel (B2C brand) and “BARC India”, the TV ratings company (B2B brand). Romil played a pivotal role in establishing world’s largest TV measurement company amid regulatory and complex stakeholder environment, with technology at heart and operations across each Indian state. Romil’s strong financial background coupled with business acumen has given him the edge to navigate different verticals/sectors.
Romil has steered two JV deals and operational transition of Viacom-Network18 and BARC-Kantar/Nielsen. He has built strong relationships with team members, stakeholders and vendors.

Abhijit Poddar

Partner – Head of Brand Solutions
Over 15 years of experience across diverse marketing functions of Advertising, Consumer Insights and Brand Marketing, Abhijit worked with leading Market Research agencies like IMRB, TNS Dubai and Millward Brown UK. He later joined Mother Dairy as Head of Marketing, Milk Division handling multiple functions viz, Advertising, Media, Digital, Content, Market Research, Design & Packaging and BTL, spearheading many successful campaigns and product launches for the brand.

Sanjay Revee

Partner – Creative Director (Pippip Singapore)
Sanjay Revee is a Singapore based seasoned, award winning TV Director with over 2 decades of experience under his belt. Since entering the industry in 2000, he has work on an array of international TV shows for various international broadcasters including National Geographic, MTV Asia, The Travel Channel (US) Nickelodeon, AXN, Disney, Channel NewsAsia and Fox Networks amongst others. More recently, Sanjay has been directing digital content for various brands including Coca-Cola, Mastercard, Samsung, W Hotel and Hilton Hotel to name a few. He has also been, mentoring and conducting masterclasses for the next generation of creatives that are rising through the ranks.

Pranav H Sharma

Partner – Consulting Producer & Director
Pranav Harihar Sharma is an award-winning writer and director with over 18 years of experience in the advertising and film industries. He won the inaugural Cannes-Yahoo Big Idea chair for the short film You vs Him. Adfest Asia selected Pranav as one of the ‘Fabulous Four Directors from Asia Pacific. He has been featured in Campaign Asia’s prestigious 40 under 40 marketing and creative experts in Asia list. He has worked in a variety of capacities for network agencies like Lowe Lintas, JWT, Leo Burnett, DDB Mudra, Grey Worldwide, and Rediffusion. He has directed over 200 digital films and television commercials. He has won numerous national and international advertising creativity, effectiveness, and filmmaking awards, including Cannes Lions, Cannes Film Festival, German International Children Film Festival, One Show, Clio, and Adfest.

Raunak Sharma

Associate Creative Director
Raunak has been a part of bringing branded, fictional and non-fictional narratives to life for numerous brands and broadcasters for more than seven years.
During this period, he’s had the opportunity to fulfil multiple roles in a diverse body of award winning work that includes developing and executing documentaries, television commercials, ad campaigns, trans – media narratives and web series for big names like National Geographic, Discovery, Vice, Amazon Prime and CNA to name a few.

Harmit Sehmi

Head of Business Operations & Commercial
EX- Head Video Commercial & Production Conde Nast India | Specialist | Ex: Vuclip, ALT Balaji, Viacom18, Star TV.
Harmit has over 16 years of professional experience handling commercial processes (across languages), which includes interacting with production houses, line producers, technicians, vendors / suppliers, and national / international content licensors. Harmit has worked for some of the leading broadcasters and OTT platforms, managing some of the most popular shows (both fiction and nonfiction), events, and online series.
